The Constant Feedback module is used to provide and review ongoing feedback for employees. It applies to all employees assigned to a worksheet and all individuals authorized to provide feedback. Store employees can be assigned to different worksheets than warehouse employees. It transforms one-off conversations into an ongoing dialogue that supports the development of employees and the entire organization.
Benefits
Implementing continuous feedback yields tangible benefits for both employees and the organization as a whole. Above all, it enables an immediate response to current challenges and situations, which significantly increases team effectiveness.
Regular, well-implemented feedback also fosters greater engagement, as employees better understand their goals, see the value of their work, and feel they have a real impact on the organization’s growth. At the same time, HR and managers gain access to up-to-date data that enables them to make more informed development and business decisions.
In the long term, Constant Feedback helps foster an organizational culture based on openness, trust, and transparent communication – the cornerstones of modern companies.
- Each employee is assigned to a single worksheet in accordance with the current organizational structure.
- Store employees may be assigned to different sheets than warehouse employees.
- When an authorized person initiates constant feedback for an employee, the system:
– automatically assigns the feedback to the sheet corresponding to the recipient’s assignment,
– ensuring that the form and numerical values align with that sheet’s configuration.
How it works

Constant Feedback in HRcode is designed to simplify the process of giving and receiving feedback as much as possible, while adapting to the specific needs of the organization.
Users can provide real-time feedback in the context of specific situations or projects, which significantly increases its relevance and usefulness. The system also allows users to create their own feedback models, enabling the organization to tailor the process to its standards and work culture.
The entire system is supported by analytics, which not only allows for the collection of information but, above all, enables users to draw conclusions from it and translate those insights into development initiatives. Importantly, Constant Feedback can be fully integrated with other HR processes, creating a cohesive employee management ecosystem.
Results
Organizations that implement continuous feedback notice a clear change in how their teams operate. Employees develop their skills more quickly because they receive ongoing guidance and can adjust their actions accordingly.
Collaboration is also improving, as communication becomes more open and fact-based rather than relying on guesswork or delayed assessments. At the same time, process transparency and trust within teams are growing, which translates into greater efficiency and better business results.
In such an environment, feedback ceases to be a difficult conversation and becomes a natural part of everyday work.

Why does it work?

The power of continuous feedback lies in its regularity and context. Feedback provided on an ongoing basis is much more precise, easier to implement, and better received by employees.
Instead of analyzing the past after several months, the organization operates in real time – responding, adjusting, and evolving as events unfold. It is precisely this mechanism that makes continuous feedback one of the key elements of modern organizational management.
