The HRcode platform is equipped with three main wizards for creating your own online training courses, surveys, and tests:
- Training creator: Allows you to create your own training courses, providing an attractive and interactive way to transfer knowledge by combining content, graphics, photos, audio, and video files. You can use ready-made templates or create your own.
- Survey creator: Allows you to create your own surveys to gauge employee opinion, with a choice of open-ended, closed-ended, or rating scale questions. The results are available in the form of reports.
- Test creator: Used to quickly verify employee knowledge, allowing you to build tests with different types of questions (open-ended, closed-ended, single/multiple choice, true/false, selection from a list). It offers the import of ready-made questions, the ability to set a minimum passing threshold and time to complete the test, as well as extensive analytical reports.
In addition, HRcode offers a number of other modules, such as classroom training, knowledge base, onboarding, 360 Feedback, periodic evaluation, Pulse Check, management by objectives (MBO), OKR management, 9 Box Grid, comprehensive development assessment (KOR), catalog of ready-made training courses, sports gamification (FitQuest), and solutions for internal HR, B2B, and educational platforms, as well as for recording visits to production facilities.
