The built-in contact search engine with a logical organizational structure allows you to easily find the right person by department, topic, location, or role. You can search by first name, last name, or keywords such as “vacation,” “computer,” or “training”—the system will suggest a contact or the responsible unit. This saves time and reduces unnecessary emails.

Electronic applications – less paper, more control

In the online request module, each employee can submit a request – e.g., for vacation, business trip, training, or other, depending on company policy. The system automatically forwards it to the appropriate supervisor or person responsible for the given topic (e.g., laptop replacement), and the employee receives notifications about each stage. The available history of requests and statuses facilitate control and shorten the approval path.
