HRcode is a brand of Smart Education, a Polish company that has been operating for over 15 years. Our mission is to create innovative solutions that support people and organizations in developing their potential.

The HRcode team has been involved in dedicated implementations of HR systems and e-learning platforms for over 15 years.

We have completed over 150 dedicated HR platform implementations. The team consists of business and IT analysts, IT architects, administrators, programmers, and project managers.

HRcode is a ready-made platform with developed modules such as: e-learning platform, classroom training management, onboarding, knowledge base, periodic evaluations, 360 feedback, management by objectives (MBO), OKR.

Over the course of 15 years, we have implemented thousands of modifications and new functionalities and modules that meet the business and technological needs of our customers. We have also carried out numerous integrations with IT, HR, CRM, e-commerce, webinar, and online payment systems.

We maintain over 150 systems for our customers with more than 450,000 users from industries with increased security requirements. Data security is our priority.

He has been involved in the technology industry for over 15 years, combining knowledge and practice to help companies meet challenges with modern IT and multimedia solutions. As an experienced consultant, he focuses on implementing advanced HR tools, supporting companies from various sectors.

He assists HR departments in the effective management of knowledge, competencies, training, information flow, and implementation processes. Thanks to the proposed systems, organizations can manage their staff more effectively, increase productivity, and introduce new employees to the team more efficiently.

After hours, he is passionate about technological innovations and sports. His motto? Nothing is impossible.

She has over 11 years of experience in the technology industry. She designs and develops solutions that help companies reach their full potential. At HRcode, she manages the entire product strategy—from needs analysis and roadmap development to product launch. Thanks to her leadership, HRcode’s portfolio includes a wide range of HR modules and solutions.

She combines a strategic view of people development with an obsession with data, consistently focusing on delivering measurable value — both for HR and employees. She eagerly shares her knowledge by mentoring younger product managers.
