Zadbano is the leader in the home delivery category, which has been supporting the development of the Polish e-commerce market for several years. They provide delivery services, installation of audio/video equipment and household appliances, and furniture assembly.
The company currently employs 1,200 professionals in 14 branches and handles over 1,000,000 orders per year. To carry out complex warehouse processes, deliveries, removals, and maintenance services throughout Poland, the company needs reliable, competent, and responsible employees.

Challenge – strengthening employee competencies
As we have already mentioned, customer satisfaction is the benchmark for the quality of services provided by Zadbano. Customers are satisfied when the ordered goods are delivered undamaged, installed with due care, and the entire order is completed within the specified time frame.

Due to the company’s growth and the need to maintain high quality, Zadbano faced the challenge of finding a suitable e-learning platform for its employees, partners, and subcontractors.

For Zadbano, we created a training platform called “Zadbano Academy” – fully tailored to the company’s needs. Along with the platform, the client received tools for creating e-learning courses – a built-in H5P creator and an external tool called Articulate Storyline 3.
At every stage of the e-learning platform implementation, the client could count on our support. We took care of training the people designated by the company in the operation of the training platform and the use of its individual modules.
The e-learning platform includes training courses for fitters and installers, which inform employees how to perform services in accordance with the procedures and standards in force at Zadbano. Thanks to the platform, employees have gained knowledge on how to correctly document completed services (photos, videos, descriptions) in order to maintain high standards.
Our system also gives companies the opportunity to create knowledge tests that check and improve the skills and knowledge level of their employees.
Thanks to the training platform, employees, partners, and subcontractors are kept up to date on procedures, assembly and installation techniques, and informed about good practices used when performing services. In addition, they receive reminders about new mandatory or voluntary training courses that appear on the platform.
